摘要: 生物化学实验为生命科学各专业的必修课程,其教学效果好坏对培养学生科研素养和基本实验操作技能极为重要。针对传统教学模式下学生难以积极主动参与整个实验过程的现状,教研室通过问卷调研方式分析其中存在的主要问题,在此基础上从多媒体课件设计、差异化结果引入和成绩评价体系等方面进行改革与探索,成功激发学生学习兴趣,提高教学效果。

Abstract: Biochemistry Experiments is a compulsory course for students in majors involving life science. The teaching effect is important for students in scientific training and basic experimental performance. Towards the current status of difficulty of students in active learning under traditional teaching model, our research group investigated the major problems via questionnaire survey, and then attempted to reform and explore from multimedia courseware design, introduction of differed results, and performance evaluation system. These attempts successfully activated the learning interest of students and improved the teaching effect.
