玉米秸秆低温降解菌系的生长特性及其降解效果的研究

The research of the growth characteristics and degradation of low-temperature corn straws degradation compound strain

摘要: 探讨玉米秸秆低温降解复合菌系GF-S72在液态发酵条件下的生长特性及其降解效果。结果表明:在10℃条件下,施加复合剂GF-S72低温条件下提高玉米秸秆的降解效果。复合菌系的生长曲线在接菌后直接进入对数期,11 d时生长量最大,其OD值为0.246;p H值在培养初期迅速下降,随后稳定在7.2左右;FPA,C1,CX,Cb酶活菌先升高后下降,最高酶活分别为0.82,1.41,1.33,1.25 U/m L;培养15 d降解率为34.70%,显著高于CK;纤维素、半纤维素、木质素残余量分别为1.12 g,0.72 g,0.27 g,显著高于CK;因此复合菌系GF-S72是十分具有研究开发潜力的复合菌系。试验结果为该菌进一步开发玉米秸秆还田低温降解复合菌剂提供试验参数和依据。

Abstract: Discuss the low-temperature degradation of corn straws compound strains growth characteristics and degradation in liquid fermentation conditions called GF-S72.The results showed: under 10℃ condition,GF-72 could improve the effects on the degradation of corn straws.The growth curve of compound strains directly into the logarithmic phase after inoculation, the11 d largest growth, the OD value of 0.246;p H value decreased rapidly in the early stage of incubation, and then stabilized at around 7.2;degradation rate of 34.70% after 15 d,significantly higher than CK;cellulose,hemicellulose,lignin remaining amount was 1.12 g,0.72 g,0.27 g,was significantly higher than CK.Therefor therefore GF-S72 complex strains has a research and development potential is very complex strains.So compound strain named GF-S72 was a strain with had the potential of research and development.The result showed that the test parameters and basis were provided to further develop straw counters-field compound bacterium agent for the bacteria.
