呼伦贝尔市2013年春季融雪型洪水气象成因分析

Analysis of causes of Hulunbeier spring snowmelt flood meteorology in 2013

摘要: 利用呼伦贝尔市气象资料对该地区融雪型洪水发生特点进行了分析。结果表明:呼伦贝尔市融雪型洪水多发生在大兴安岭西侧,牙克石市、额尔古纳市、鄂温克旗是融雪型洪水的多发区域。在此基础上,从气候背景等方面对2013年春季融雪型洪水的气象成因进行了分析和研究,得出:2012-2013年冬春降雪明显偏多为这次融雪洪水的发生提供了基础条件,另一个主要的气候背景是3-4月气温偏低使积雪没有渐变融化、且冻土层深厚,而5月初气温迅速回升是此次融雪型洪水发生的主要气象因素。

Abstract: Snowmelt flood characteristics were analyzed by using Hulunbeier snowmelt flood disaster information.The results showed that Hulunbeier snowmelt floods most occurred in the west of Daxinanling and Yakeshi, Ergun City, Ewenke were snowmelt flood-prone areas.On this basis, from the aspects of climate background,the analysis and research results of the meteorological causes of snowmelt flood in the spring of 2013 were done: 2012-2013 winter snowfall was significantly above normal which provided the basis for the snowmelt floods occuring;the snow did not melt and the permafrost was deep because of low temperature of March-April;the rising temperature of early May rapidly was the main meteorological factor of the snowmelt floods occuring.
