Abstract: With the popularization of education, upgrading of the quality of human, the employment situation becomes more and more severe.What are the influencing factors of the future employment？ The most direct factor is their professional competence and the quality. Henan Agricultural University is the representative of colleges and universities in Henan,it is urgent to improve the employment competitiveness,broadening the students＇ professional quality, which has become the inevitable trend. Firstly the problem is discussed that their career competitiveness. These influence factors in their career competitiveness are： the poor mental quality,the unclear career plan, the lack of understanding of the modern workplace, the inaccurate employment situation and its deviation. Finally, the two recommendations are put from the view of the college students. On the one hand, higher education closely follows the market;the seamless is achieved between professionals and industrial. On the another hand, the reform of education methods promotes the learning with practice.
