Abstract: This paper discusses the strategy of low cost landscape design in Heilongjiang in 21st century,including the significance of low cost landscape design in Heilongjiang in 21st century,research contents of reducing cost of landscape design,low cost landscape design principles,landscape architecture in Heilongjiang province.Based on the construction of landscape architecture and maintenance fund of Heilongjiang province in 21st century,exploring the suitable low cost landscape design strategy of Heilongjiang province in 21st century,it provided new ideas for the development of landscape architecture and low cost construction and maintenance in other provinces with less developed areas.
