番茄溃疡病病原菌致病性的鉴定

Determination of pathogenicity of pathogens in tomato ulcer

摘要: 番茄溃疡病是一种由细菌引起的维管束病害。试验对在不同地区采集、分离、鉴定的33个菌株进行了致病性测定,其中属于强致病力的菌株有12个,属于中等致病力的菌株有18个,属于弱致病力的菌株有3个。明确不同来源番茄溃疡病菌的致病力差异是探索该病菌多态性以及开展其他相关研究的重要基础,也为该病的防治提供理论依据。

Abstract: Tomato bacterial disease is a kind of vascular diseases caused by bacteria.The pathogenicity of 33 strains collected in different regions was determined by isolation and identification.Among these strains,12 strains belonged to strong pathogenicity,and 18 stains belonged to medium pathogenicity,and the rest 3 strains belonged to weak pathogenicity. Identifying difference in pathogenicity of bacterial pathogens from different origins is the important foundation to explore the polymorphism of the pathogen and to carry out other related research.
