高温、加富CO2耦合对温室嫁接黄瓜光合作用日变化的影响

The effect of diurnal variation of photosynthesis of grafting cucumber in greenhouse under high temperature and elevated CO2 coupling

摘要: 以温室嫁接黄瓜为试验材料,研究高温条件下,不同时期加富不同浓度CO2下叶片的净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度及胞间CO2浓度的日变化规律,旨在研究高温、加富CO2耦合条件下温室嫁接黄瓜光合作用日变化的调控机理。研究结果表明:高温与不同浓度CO2耦合,其净光合速率存在明显的日变化规律,即由于“午休”现象导致的“双峰”曲线;与对照和高温相比,可以明显提高净光合速率。高温+高浓度CO2在前期(7 d)提升效果最明显,高温+中浓度CO2在中后期提升效果;高温与不同浓度耦合均可以提高叶片胞间CO2浓度,这可能是高温、加富CO2耦合调节温室嫁接黄瓜光合作用的直接原因。

Abstract: The diurnal changes of net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration in different stage of grafting cucumber leaves in greenhouse were studied under high temperature and elevated CO2 coupling. Main results are as follows:The net photosynthetic rate showed distinct diurnal changes under the high temperature and elevated CO2 coupling.Compared with the control,the net photosynthetic rate increased markedly under high temperature and elevated CO2 coupling. The increasing effect of treatment under high temperature with high CO2 concentration was significandy in the early stage, while the increasing effect of treatment under high temperature with medium CO2 concentration was markedly in the rest stage. The direct reason of photosynthesis increasing maybe was the increase of intercellular CO2 concentration of leaf under high temperature and elevated CO2 coupling.
