Abstract: In this paper, the snow cover spatial-temporal variance, and snow cover distribution data usage and the impact of climate factors change on time and space change are reviewed and summarized since 1980s, as well as the forward research of snow cover change in Inner Mongolia on time and space were prospected. The climate changing effect mechanism on the snow distribution should be found out,and the model of snow cover change in Inner Mongolia distribution should be established by using data fusion of the satellite.
