高分辨质谱技术在农药残留分析中的应用研究进展

摘要: 随着农药残留限量标准体系的发展完善,农药残留检测方法也在不断进步。近年来,高分辨质谱技术发展迅速,因其较高的分辨率和质量精确度,已被广泛应用于农药残留分析。文章概括了高分辨质谱技术的发展特点以及气相、液相色谱-串联高分辨质谱联用技术,综述了近5年来高分辨质谱技术在食品和环境农药残留检测中的应用,并对其未来发展趋势进行了展望,以期为高分辨质谱技术在农药残留领域的进一步开发提供参考。

Abstract: With the development and improvement of the pesticide residue limit standard system,the pesticide residue detection methods are also improving. High-resolution mass spectrometry technology has recently advanced quickly. Due to its high resolution and high mass accuracy,it is now frequently employed for the analysis of pesticide residues. This paper summarized the development characteristics of high-resolution mass spectrometry and gas chromatography and liquid chromatography-tandem high-resolution mass spectrometry technology. Also reviewed the application of high-resolution mass spectrometry in the detection of pesticide residues in food and the environment in the past five years and prospected the future development trends,in order to serve as references for the further development of high-resolution mass spectrometry technology in the field of pesticide residues.
