Abstract: On the basis of analyzing the changing trend of output value and proportion in agriculture industrialization departments and the three changes of industrialization proportion in per family income from 1996 to 2004 in Linhe area of Inner Mongolia, it was pointed out that after ten years＇ structural adjustment of agriculture industrialization in Linhe area, the proportion of farming, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery had been changed greatly, the guiding thought and aim, basic thinking and content of interior structural adjustment of agriculture, characteristic agriculture and important developing area of structural adjustment, main measures of industrialization in recent periods were put forward.
