    On the basis of analyzing the changing trend of output value and proportion in agriculture industrialization departments and the three changes of industrialization proportion in per family income from 1996 to 2004 in Linhe area of Inner Mongolia, it was pointed out that after ten years' structural adjustment of agriculture industrialization in Linhe area, the proportion of farming, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery had been changed greatly, the guiding thought and aim, basic thinking and content of interior structural adjustment of agriculture, characteristic agriculture and important developing area of structural adjustment, main measures of industrialization in recent periods were put forward.

    Using the method of Radial- Basis Function artificial neural networks and MATLAB toolbox combined with the meteorological data of the average temperature, the sunshine hours, the rainfall amount, the article has established the RBF neural network system to forecast the degree of pest occurrence in Xinjiang Shihezi areas. We has confirmed the forecast accuracy of the system through the examples, and made comparison between the RBF network and the commonly used BP network in which tile training sample simulation of the two has revealed the RBF network is obviously more precise than the BP network. To time the procedure shows the training time of RBF network is 1.2030s which is much shorter than BP training needed,Therefore the RBF neural network has a very promising application value.

    The variety of the count of chemical fertilizer and the course of lake eutrophication were analyzed in this paper.h were posted that the increasing amount of pollution from agricuhural non-point sources and the depravation of water body pollution were isoehronously nearly ,and the pollution from agricultural non-point sources was the main factor causing water body pollution.The Long-term and hardship of the prevention and cure of the pellution from agricultural non-point sources were pointed out through the agricultural non-point source's large loading,complexity and difficulty.In the last,the establishment of the pelicy and code of the prevention and cure of the pollution from agricultural non· point sources, the pepularizatiou of advanced technology, and the strengthening ecological rehabilitation were the main countermeasures for the prevention and cure of the pollution from agricultural non-point sources.

    Initial pH treatments had evident effects on the growth,cellulose-degrading activity and relative cellulose-degrading activity of Bacillus sp.DS3.The alkaline (pH8.0) favored the growth of Bacillus sp.DS3,and had the highest relative cell density in steady state than other pH treatments.But the pH appeared significant higher cellulose-degrading activity and relative cellulose-degrading activity than those of pH 7.0 and pH 6.0.The results showed that the cellulase activity or production of Bacillus sp.DS3 would be achieved the highest under alkaline,and therefore the initial pH should be about pH 8.0 when DS3 was used to produce cellulase and treat forage high-cellulose-contained.

    Exploratory Analysis of Nutrient Condition in Dali Lake

    Four cruises were carried out in Dali Lake in June, August, September and December 2005. 10 variables including pH,DO,CODMn,NH4^+,NO3^-,NO2^-,PO4^3-,TN,TP and the biomass of phytoplankton were analyzed with exploratory data analysis. Three principal eomponents(Fs)are extracted with principal component analysis: N nutrients and CODMn for FI, pH value and P nutrients for F2 and the biomass of phytoplankton for F3. Influenced by groundwater runoff and resources, F1 neare four rives is higher than other stations in August. Influenced by fish swimming, F1 in center and southwest is higher than other stations in December. P nutrients and the biomass of phytoplankton are the highest in autumn. A good linear relationship between F1 and salinity and alkalinity exists so N nutrients and organic content are predicted to a good extend on the basis of a linear model in which salinity and alkalinity is the independent variable. TN, pH value and the biomass of phytoplankton are dominating factors in assessing the variation of Nutrient Status in the Dali Lake.
