Abstract: The UNDP project of Protected Vegetables Cultivation in Shi Ba Tai has explored ＂Paid Service＂ pattern which is suitable for location,and has formed circulation mechanism of interests.Running of the Technical Envoy Project makes farmers and technical envoys increase income and motivation,and promotes development of Protected Vegetables cultivation industry.However,the problems of facilities,information and technologies protect the industry form long-term development.Based on the analysis above,we can start from renovation of agricultural facilities,put forward constructive ideas for long-term development of Technical Envoy Project.
