Abstract: It＇s very important for Alashan to complete the self-administration organization to improve It’s ability to supply public goods,because of the nature and the characteristics of public good,the shortage of our current rural public goods supply system,and the special reality of Alashan.based on the surveys and studies of scholars in our country,we believe： In the Alashan area,through improve the village villager self-administration to enhance the supply of public goods in agricultural and pastoral areas,we need to correct understanding and implements ＂ Organizational law of villagers committee＂,straighten out all kinds of relations in villager self-administration organization,and improve decision-making,management,and supervision systems,and so on.
