Abstract: Expand the study by discuss the necessity of construct and develop for rural land transfer intermediary organization and the nature,function, model of it.Through the investigation in XiaoShan,Hangzhou city,We analysis of the main problems of current rural land Intermediary organizations.We believe that the main question is system and legal construction is not perfect. On the basis of the problems,we propose the specific policy recommendations about construct and develop for rural land transfer intermediary organization.
