Abstract: Taking biomass of mycelium as measurement index,screened Clitocybe geotropea liquid fermentation medium based on optimum carbon source,nitrogen source and medium formula.The results showed that the best carbon source was corn flour, the best nitrogen source was soybean powder,the optimal medium formula were as follows： corn flour 3%,soybean powder 1.5%, KH2PO4 0.3%,MGSO4 ·7H2O 0.1%,VB1 10mg/L.
