Abstract: The cluster analysis and principal component analysis were conducted on 9 agronomic traits index of 52 millet cuhivars. The result indicated that the coffident variation of 9 agronomic traits ranged from 16.18% to 60.30%.The eofffident variation of the numer of leaves is lowest with t6.18%, that of kernels per spike is highest with 60.30%,there was variation potential on filed. Based on cluster analysis of anronomic traits, 52 millet cultivars were divided into 5 groups. One of groups only including A2-7005, its agronomic traits index were higher than the other clusters except thousand kernels weight. The result of principal analyze showed that,The cumulative contribution of the first six principal factors was 88.91%,which can be indicated the information of all properties.
