Technology of artificial breeding and large water discharge proliferation of Brachymystax lenok

Abstract: Using the HCG, S-Gn RH-A and DOM mixed injection of oxytocin and artificial insemination technology, induced spawning oxytocin 400(male and female ratio is 3∶2), 584 thousand eggs, oxytocin rate of 86.25%, fertilization rate reached97.32%. Through the purchase, construction of parallel trough, greenhouse, special cultivating facilities for seedling cultivation, hatching rate of 91.13%, raising seedling survival rate reached 89.37%, Brachymystax lenok seedlings were developed to 392 000. The results showed that the incubation of seedling breeding in net confining and discharge model after wintering can effectively improve seedling survival rate, and conversion of proliferation effect was obvious, it is a an effective means for proliferating large predatory fish and low-value miscellaneous fish.
