Abstract: liangcheng expert fertilization system began popularization and application in main crops 7 villages and towns in2011, such as wheat, corn, potatoes, soybeans, flax. It was the major measures to promote the stable increase in grain production and sustained increase in rural incomes. Experts fertilization system application cumulative area reached at180 000 hm2 from 2011 to 2013, it obtained the remarkable economic, social and ecological benefits.
