Abstract: The article reviewed the factors affecting on distant hybridization of Brassica crops through in-vitro cuhme ofovaries, Summarized methods for true and false hybrid identification and application on chromosome doubling of regenerationplants which were obtained through in-vitro culture ofovaries, and pointed out problems and development prospects inhybridization of Brassica crops through in-vitro cuhme of ovaries in order to provide reference for future research work.
