Abstract: In recent years, Chinese agricultural science and technology achievements transformation run into a bottleneck, and the ＂two pieces of skins＂ of science and the economy was obvious. Starting from the view of the supply and demand of agricultural science and technology achievements, combined with the background of the reform of the supplyfront, trying to build a model of supply and demand of agricultural scientific and technological achievements and potentially effective supply and demand model,the causes of the difficulties in transforming were explored. Fundamental formation of agricultural science and technology achievement of effective supply and demand need to be built,in order to promote the effective transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements.
