Abstract: The inner relationship between ecological civilization and rural land arrangement was discussed based on connotation of ecological civilization ,and practical routes under the perspective of ecological civilization were put forward, which contain popularizing the concept of ecological civilization, drawing up land arrangement planning scientifically, actively promoting the theory,method and technology research of ecological land arrangement and carrying out differential land arrangement pattern.
