Abstract: In order to screen available strains for control sunflower sclerotinia. 187 isolates were isolated from noninfected faceplate and root of sunflower,among of them 2 strains （Ng,N22）with antagonism to bacteria were screened by the plate standoff method,and control effect determined by pot experiment, the results showed that N22 strain with Z5 mL fermentation liquid handling soil had best control effect. N9 was identified as Pseudomonas chlororaphis by bacteria morphology, physical and chemical properties and 16 s rDNA sequence, N22 strain identified as Serratiar rub idaea, their GenBank sequence number was KT327642 and KT327643 respectively, which are worth to be further research.
