Abstract: In recent years, with the Manasi County fruit industry area is increasing year by year, the county＇s area of under- forest economy had reached 11 thousand and 900 acres in 2015, under-forest economy has been rapid development, and gradually become a new way to increase farmers＂ income and overcome poverty. However, under-forest economy of Manasi county did not play its due role because of some issues like that the lack of understanding, the lack of scientific guidance, the lack of promotion, the lack of funds. Therefore, Manasi county should promote the development of under-forest economy effectively by taking a variety of effective measures like that the business model innovation as a breakthrough, the typical demonstration as the starting point, the policy support as the pulsion, the construction of cooperatives as the focus point, thus to achieve the goal of farmers to get rich as soon as possible by promoting the local economic development.
