Research progress on nutritional and bioactive components of Potentilla anserina

Abstract: Potentilla anserina,a plant with both medicinal and edible properties,possesses significant economic and pharmaceutical value. This paper reviews the research progress on the nutritional components of Potentilla anserina,including proteins,fats,dietary fiber,starch,vitamins,and minerals,and its bioactive components,such as JMS,polysaccharides,polyphenols,and flavonoids,and summarizes the health benefits and development and application of Potentilla anserina,aiming to provide a reference for exploring its comprehensive value and promoting the development of the Potentilla anserina industry.
