微生态制剂对籽鹅盲肠菌群变化的影响

Effects of Microecological Products on the Caecal Flora of Zi Geese

摘要: 选用120只(公母各半)健康1日龄籽鹅,随机分成3组(对照组、试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组),每组40只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ组在基础日粮中分别添加1.5.1.0mL/kg微生态制剂。结果表明,盲肠中双歧杆菌在60~90d、乳酸杆菌在30~90d的菌群数量试验组均高于对照组(P〈0.05):大肠杆菌在30~90d、沙门氏菌在60~90d菌群数量均低于对照组(P〈0.05)。平均日耗料量和料肉比试验组低于对照组(P〈0.05),试验Ⅱ组平均日增重比对照组提高27.8%。说明微生态制剂能够调节籽鹅盲肠主要微生态菌群,提高机体免疫力和生长性能。

Abstract: 120 Heilongjing Zi geese were divided into three groups randomly (control and test Ⅰ , Ⅱ groups), every group has forty. The control group was fed with base feed, the group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were appended 1.5,1.0 mL/ kg microecological products daily for 90 d in base feed. The result indicated: Compared with the control, the number of lactobacillus af caecum in the experiments Ⅰ , Ⅱ were all more (P〈0.05), the number of colibacillus and salmonella were all much fewer (P〈0.05). The daily consuming of feed and fresh proportion of the experiment groups had significant difference compared with the control (P〈0.05). The experiment showed that the microecological products had the function of regulating the important flora with impact on caecum, and increased the immune function and growth performance.
