蜂花粉对肉杂鸡免疫器官生长发育的影响

Effect of Bee Pollen on the Growth of Immune Organs of Miscellaneous Broilers

摘要: 试验将272只1日龄肉杂鸡(科宝1500♂×海赛克斯♀)随机分为4组,每组2个重复,每个重复34只,公母各半。Ⅰ组为空白对照,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别添加0.5%、1.0%、1.5%的蜂花粉。在7,14,21,28,35,42日龄每个重复随机抽取4只,称取活重和免疫器官(脾脏、胸腺、法氏囊)鲜重,计算免疫器官指数,分析免疫器官的相对生长和绝对生长,探讨蜂花粉对肉杂鸡免疫器官生长发育的影响。结果表明,脾脏指数35日龄时Ⅲ组显著低于对照组(P〈0.05);42日龄时Ⅳ组显著低于对照组(P〈0.05)。胸腺指数各日龄各组间均无显著差异(P〉0.05)。法氏囊指数35日龄Ⅳ组显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。

Abstract: Two hundred and seventy-two 1 day old miscellaneous broilers (Cobb 1500×Hisex) were randomly divided into 4 groups with 2 repeats per group, 34 miscellaneous broilers for each repeat and male and female accounted for a half resp. Group Ⅰ was blank control, and 0.5 %, 1.0 % and 1.5 % bee pollens were added into Group Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ resp. Four 7, 14, 21, 28, 35 and 42 days old chickens were randomly sampled from each repeat, the liveweight and fresh weight of immune organs (spleen, thymus and bursal) were weighed, the immune organ indexes were calculated, and the relative growth and absolute growth of immune organs were analyzed, and the effect of bee pollen on the growth of immune organs of miscellaneous broilers were researched. The results showed that the spleen index of Group Ⅲ was significantly lower than that of control group (P〈0.05)when they were 35 days old; that of Group Ⅳ was significantly lower than that of control group (P〈0.05)when they were 42 days old. There was no significant difference between all the days groups in thymus index (P〉0.05).The bursa of fabricius index of Group Ⅳ was obviously higher than that of control group (P〈0.05)when they were 35 days old.
