摘要: 螺旋藻具有丰富和全面的营养,同时具有重要的医疗保健价值,有着广阔的应用前景。笔者主要论述了不同的螺旋藻培养条件对其生长和产物的影响。

Abstract: Spirulina platens is is a kind of functional food with multi-nutrients and important health value, at the same time it has a wide range of application prospects in future. In this paper, the effect of different culture conditions on its growth and products has been discussed in detail.
