仔猪附红细胞体病病理学检验

Pathological Examination for Piglets Suffering from Eperythrozoonsis

摘要: 为了得到仔猪附红细胞体病的迅速检验方法,该试验对患附红细胞体仔猪进行病理解剖学和病理组织学观察。结果表明:患病仔猪肝、脾和淋巴结等器官的细胞变性、坏死,红细胞破裂增加;患附红细胞体病仔猪的贫血属于溶血性贫血:红细胞的大量破坏以及肝、脾和淋巴结等组织细胞的大量变性、坏死是引起仔猪死亡的主要原因。

Abstract: In order to establish rapid testing methods for piglets eperythrozoonosis, pathological anatomy and pathohistology was applied to examine piglets suffering from eperythrozoonsis in this experiment. The results indicated that it caused cell degeneration and necrosis in liver, spleen, lymph node of piglet infected with Eperythrozoon, meanwhile also a lot of red cells splintered. The conclusion could be made that massive destruction of red blood cells and liver, cell degeneration of spleen and lymph node and necrosis is the main cause of the deaths of piglets.
