摘要: 羽毛粉加工产品目前是饲料行业的主要蛋白原料,为了更好地促进羽毛粉的加工利用,提高羽毛粉加工产品的营养价值,结合目前各大中型企业的具体生产工艺,介绍了高温高压水解法、酶解一水解法和生物发酵法3种方法的生产工艺流程、工艺条件及所生产产品的质量特点。通过对比上述方法,说明生物发酵法是未来羽毛粉深加工的理想方法。

Abstract: The processed product of feather powder was the main protein material in feed industry at present. The aims of paper were to promot the processing and utilization of feather powder so as to improve the nutritive value of product. Combined with practical processing technology was discussed in large and middle enterprises, the processing technology, including the hydrolysis method under high temperature and high-pressure, the enzymatic hydrolysis-hydrolysis method and the bio-fermentation method were introduced containing production process, the process conditions and the quality of product. The conclusion could be made that the biofermentation method was an ideal processing technology for feather powder product.
