长期甜味暴露对小鼠肠道G蛋白α-gustducin表达及血糖水平影响研究

The Effect of Glucose under Long Term Stimulation on Expression of α-Gustducin in Plasma

摘要: 以8周龄ICR小鼠为试验对象,采用不同浓度蔗糖溶液对小鼠进行长期甜味暴露,然后氮气致死解剖小鼠获取十二指肠,固定、包埋、切片。应用HE染色、免疫组织化学染色技术研究长期甜味暴露对十二指肠绒毛形态及G蛋白α-gustducin表达水平的影响,同时定期测定小鼠灌胃前后血糖变化。结果表明,小鼠经过长期蔗糖暴露,十二指肠绒腺比会随着糖浓度的增加而上升;肠道中G蛋白α-gustducin表达量无明显变化;血糖跟踪结果表明,随着刺激时间的延长,小鼠血糖耐受能力增强。

Abstract: In the study,8 week-old ICR mice were selected as the experimental object.The trial animals were fed with different concentration sucrose under long-term stimulation,then they were killed by nitrogen,duodena were obtained,immunohistochemistry method was applied to detect villus shape and the expression level of α-gustducin,meanwhile blood sugar concentration change of mice also was determined intragastric administration before and afterwards.The result showed that rate of duodena velvet rise with the increase of sugar concentration,but there was no significant change in expression of α-gustducin.The conclusion could be made that with stimulation prolongation,the ability of tolerance to sugar enhancement.
