Abstract: Many factors take effect on the hatchability rate of eggs,it＇s important to improve the hatching rate by applying the correct way of laying up eggs and suitable ventilation time.The comparative tests on the way of laying up eggs and ventilation time was made in the study.The result indicated that the fertilization to hatching eggs and hatching rate markedly improved by the project that the small head upwards,the big head downwards,and shift to an earlier time for ventilated time during the process of preservation,the difference is extremely marked（P0.01）.
