根茎菜中农药残留家常去除法的研究

Home-hold Removal Methods of Pesticide Residues in Root Vegetables

摘要: 以萝卜为样本,通过试验,发现影响根茎类蔬菜农药残留去除效果的因素大小依次为:2%洗涤剂浸泡时间〉漂洗次数〉烫漂时间。最佳去除法组合为用2%洗涤剂浸泡10min后,用自来水漂洗3次,每次漂洗1min后,再用沸水烫漂1min。

Abstract: Radishes were used to find the factors affecting removal of pesticide residues in such root vegetables at home.Taking 2% detergent as an example,the effects of these factors declined in the order of soaking time,rinsing times,and blanching time.The best combination to remove pesticide residues in root vegetables was soaking root vegetables in 2% detergents for 10 min,rinsing in running water (3×1 min),and blanching in boiling water for 1 min.
