摘要: 在器官发育研究中,胰外分泌腺的发育研究越来越受到重视。斑马鱼作为优秀的器官发育研究模型,其胰外分泌腺的发育与哺乳动物相似。深入研究斑马鱼胰外分泌腺的发育机制,特别是胰外分泌腺的维持和再生,有利于对人类胰腺炎和胰腺癌发病机理的了解和疾病治疗。在这一过程中,充分利用斑马鱼的各种优势,特别是建立新的转基因鱼,将会取得很大的进展。主要论述了近年来有关斑马鱼胰外分泌腺的发育研究成果。

Abstract: Among the studies of organ development, more and more attention has been paid to exocrine pancreas development.As an excellent research model of organ development, zebrafish and mammals have similar exocrine pancreas development. The deep study of the mechanism of zebrafish exocrine pancreas development, particularly the maintenance and regeneration of exocrine pancreas, is beneficial for the understanding and therapy of human pancreatitis and pancreatic cancer. In this process, to make full use of all the advantages of zebrafish, especially to develop new transgenic fish, will give much progress. This paper reviews the recent research progress in exocrine pancreas development of zebrafish.
