Genetic Polymorphism of Three Microsatellite Markers in Songliao Black Pigs

摘要: 利用3个微卫星标记ESTMS20、SW2570和S0002对松辽黑猪的等位基因频率、有效等位基因数(Ne)、遗传杂合度(H)和群体多态信息含量(PIC)进行了遗传检测。结果表明,这3个微卫星标记在松辽黑猪中均存在多态性,可以用于松辽黑猪遗传多样性的评估。

Abstract: Allele frequency, number of effective alleles, heterozygosity and polymorphism information contents of Songliao black pigs were analyzed using three microsatellite markers, ESTMS20, SW2570 and S0002. The three microsatellites had genetic polymorphisms in Songliao black pigs. Therefore, they can be used to evaluate genetic polymorphism in Songliao black pigs.
