Abstract: [Objective] To produce fish powder with baby fish of Tilapia and develop Tilapia baby fish.[Method] The major nutrient ingredients and pepsin digestibility of fish powder were determined.[Result] The major nutrient ingredients and pepsin digestibility of the fish powder produced with Tilapia baby fish weighing less than 100 g met the requirement of special grade fish powder.[Conclusion] It is possible to produce fish powder with baby fish of Tilapia.Although its protein content and pepsin digestibility are less than those of fish powder produced with Tilapia,but it can be used as formulated feed to homogenize nutrients.
