摘要: 食品中氯霉素的残留可引起严重的毒副作用,如何对其进行有效控制,可靠、灵敏和实用的监测分析技术是关键。介绍了水产品中氯霉素残留的ELISA检测分析方法的进展及其应用前景。
Abstract: Chloramphenicol residues in food can cause serious toxicity and side effects.Reliable,sensitive and practical monitoring and analysis technology is the key to control them effectively.This paper describes the research progress in detection of chloramphenicol residue by ELISA as well as its application prospects.
