Determination of Tryptophan in Forage Feather Peptide Powder

摘要: 比较了多种碱解剂及碱解条件对饲用羽毛肽粉中色氨酸(Trp)测定的影响。结果表明,4mol/L LiOH、(110±1)℃水解20h效果最好,其次是6mol/L NaOH+3%SnCl2、(110±1)℃水解20h。并进一步探讨了测定中碱解剂用量、碱解温度、碱解管内空气、氨的浓度等对色氨酸测定值的影响。

Abstract: The effects of various alkali-hydro agents and alkali-hydrolyzable conditions on the determination of tryptophan in the forage feather peptide powder were compared. The results showed that the effect of hydrolyzing with 4 mol/L LiOH at(110±1) ℃ for 20 h was the best,the effect of hydrolyzing with 6 mol/L NaOH and 3% SnCl2 at(110±1) ℃ for 20 h was the next. The effects of the dose of alkali-hydro agent,alkali-hydrolyzable temperature,the concentration of atmosphere and ammonia in the alkali-hydrolyzable tube on the determined value of tryptophan in the determination were further discussed.
