抑制消减杂交联合基因芯片技术及其在动物基因差异表达研究中的应用

摘要: 抑制消减杂交技术(SSH)与基因芯片技术是研究差异表达基因的两种不同的方法,这两种技术如果单独使用都会存在不同程度的不足。近年来,研究人员发现,将SSH和基因芯片技术结合使用,可充分发挥各自的优势,弥补各自的不足,实现差异表达基因的大规模高效筛选,因此,抑制消减杂交联合基因芯片技术成为目前分析差异表达基因新的有效手段。介绍了SSH技术、基因芯片技术以及两者结合的原理与优缺点,同时概述了抑制消减杂交联合基因芯片技术在动物差异表达基因研究中的应用。

Abstract: Suppression subtractive hybridization(SSH) and gene chip technology are two different methods to study differentially expressed genes,but if the two technologies are used individually,they will have their own shortages at different degree.Recently,scholars have found that if SSH is combined with gene chip technology,the two technologies could play their own advantages and make up their own disadvantages so as to realize the large-scale efficient screening of differentially expressed genes,so SSH combining with gene chip technology has been a new effective mean to analyze differentially expressed genes.SSH,gene chip technology and the principle and advantages and disadvantages of SSH combining with gene chip technology were introduced in this paper,and the application of SSH combining with gene chip technology in study on animal differentially expressed genes was also summarized.
