产大豆肽蛋白饲料的研制及其固态发酵工艺参数的优化研究

摘要: 就2种菌组合协同固态发酵生产功能大豆寡肽蛋白饲料工艺参数优化的工业化研究结果进行了总结。其模式为:2种菌组合→液态接种→发酵池封闭式发酵。筛选菌种:枯草芽胞杆菌和乳酸杆菌。经优化后发酵工艺参数:时间38h;pH值为7~8;初始培养温度(37±1)℃;芽胞杆菌菌液接种量2%,乳酸菌接种量为3%;料水比为2∶1;底物组成:豆粕90%、麸皮7%、玉米粉3%。

Abstract: The industrialized research results of the optimization of the technical parameters of synergistic solid state fermentation of producing soybean oligopeptide protein feed with the two kinds of bacteria were summarized. The model was as follows: combination of two kinds of bacteria → liquid state inoculation→ closed fermentation in fermentation pool. The two kinds of bacteria were screened out: Bacillus subtilis and Lactobacillus. The optimized fermentation technical parameters were as follows: the fermentation time of 38 h, pH of 7~8, the initial temperature of (37±1) ℃, the inoculated volume of 2% Bacillus subtilis and 3% Lactobacillus, the feed-water ratio of 2∶1, the substrate composition of 90% soybean meal, 7% wheat bran and 3% maize meal.
