摘要: G蛋白介导的信号传导系统是细胞中最常见的信号传递方式。G蛋白偶联的信号传导系统由G蛋白偶联受体、G蛋白和效应器组成。1977年Ross和Gilman证实G蛋白可作为细胞受体与效应器之间的转换器。大量研究发现,G蛋白偶联信号传导系统普遍存在于动植物中。主要阐述了G蛋白和GPCRs在细胞传导中的作用。

Abstract: G -protein mediated signaling system is the most common signal transmission in cells. G-protein coupled of signal transmission system consist of G-proteln coupled receptor (G-protein coupled receptors, namely as GPCRs), G-protein and effector. In 1977, Ross and Gilman confirmed G-protein could be used as cell receptor and effector between the converter. And a large number of studies found that the G-protein coupled signal conduction system existed in plants and animals widely. The role of G-protein and GPCRs in the cell conduction was mainly discussed.
