华北驼绒藜生物量测定的方法

Methods for Determining the Biomass of Ceratoides arborescens

摘要: 在研究调查的基础上,参考相关文献,比较了当前灌木生物量研究中较为常用的样方法、评分数量化方法与目测法、利用数码照片估算等方法,对华北驼绒藜生物量测定方法进行了综合对比,结果表明,利用样方法、样线法和1/4取样法适合于华北驼绒藜生物量的测定,能够得到比较客观精确的数据.以期为在荒漠草原干旱半干旱地区大力推广种植华北驼绒藜和改良天然驼绒藜草地提供技术支撑。

Abstract: On the basis of surveying and referencing related papers,we have compared methods generally used in the research in shrubbiomass such as the plot method,score quantification method,visual colorimeter method and the method of using digital photograph to evaluate ,the results shows that plot method,line transect method and one quarter sampling method are fit to evaluate Ceratoides arborescens' biomass. These methods can obtain accurate date,they also provide technology support for promoting Ceratoides arborescens plantation in arid and semi-arid desert grassland area and improving natural Ceratoides arborescens grassland.
