氯氮平片微生物限度检查方法验证

Validation of Microbial Limit Test of Clozapine Tablets

摘要: 利用常规法和培养基稀释法对氯氮平片微生物限度检查方法进行验证。结果表明,采用培养基稀释法时各试验茵回收率均大于70%;控制茵检测时,试验组检出控制茵大肠埃希菌,阴性菌对照组未检出阴性对照茵金黄色葡萄球菌。该试验表明氯氮平片具有微弱的抑茵作用,可采用培养基稀释法进行微生物限度检查。

Abstract: The microbial limit test of clozapine tablets was validated by using the conventional method and medium dilution method. The results showed that the recovery rates of the test bacteria were more than 70% when they were tested by medium dilution method. The controlling bacteria of Escherichia coli had been detected in the test group, and the negative control strains of Staphylococcus aureus had not been detected in the control group. The study showed that the clozapine tablet had weak bacteriostasis, and the medium dilution method could be used in its microbial limit tests.
