气相色谱法快速测定食品包装材料中的残留溶剂

Rapid Determination of Residual Solvents in Food Packaging Materials by Gas Chromatography

摘要: 采用气相色谱法对食品包装材料中可能残留的溶剂丙酮、乙醇、乙酸乙酯、丁酮、异丙醇、正丁醇、甲苯等进行了分析。试验方法采用DNP色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测,并测定了某牛奶包装材料中的溶剂残留量和苯系物残留量。结果表明,11种溶剂能够较好分离,线性较好,最低检出限可达0.0004mg/m2。该方法简便、快速、重现性好,能够满足塑料包装材料中溶剂残留量的分析。

Abstract: Some possible residual solvents in food packaging materials like acetone,ethanol,ethyl acetate,methyl ethyl ketone,isopropyl alcohol and toluene were analyzed by gas chromatography.The residual amounts of solvent and benzene series in some milk packaging materials were determined by using DNP chromatographic column separation and FID detector.Results showed that 11 kinds of solvents could be separated better,with a good linear,and the minimum detect limit could reach 0.000 4 mg/m2.The method is simple,rapid and reproducible,so it can satisfy the analysis of residual solvents in plastic packaging materials.
