刺五加多糖含量测定方法的建立

Determination Method Establishment of Polysaccharide Content in Acanthopanax senticosus

摘要: 通过建立刺五加药用植物多糖含量的测定方法,为刺五加质量控制和资源开发提供科学依据。以葡萄糖为对照品,采用苯酚—硫酸法测定刺五加药用植物多糖的含量。结果表明,葡萄糖标准曲线为A=0.0133C-0.0025,R2=0.997 5,刺五加多糖含量为2.40%。该方法精密度良好,反应产物在2 h内吸光值稳定,平均回收率为99.1%。

Abstract: The research aimed to determine the polysaccharide content in medicinal plant Acanthopanax senticosus and provide scientific basis for the quality control and resource development of A. senticosus. Taking glucose as control, the polysaccharide content in A. senticosus was determined by using phenol-sulfuric acid method. The results showed that the standard curve of glucose was A=0.0133C-0.0025(R2=0.997 5). The polysaccharide content was 2.40%. The method had good precision, and the adsorption of reaction products was stable within 2 hours, and the average recovery was 99.1%.
