犊牛腹泻病原实验室诊断研究进展

摘要: 犊牛腹泻是犊牛培育过程中的常见疾病,严重时可导致犊牛死亡,常给奶牛养殖业造成严重的经济损失。随着奶牛场犊牛饲养管理水平的提高,犊牛腹泻的流行和发生在一定程度上得到了控制,但由于引起该病发生的病原种类较多、感染情况较为复杂,使得奶牛场对该病的防控仍存在一定难度。介绍了与犊牛腹泻有关的传染性病原的实验室诊断方法研究进展,以期为犊牛腹泻的诊断和防治提供理论依据。

Abstract: Diarrhea is a common disease in calf rearing. Serious diarrhea always causes death of calf and brings huge economic loss to dairy cow breeding industry worldwide. While the emergence and prevalence of calf diarrhea was controlled in some of the dairy farms to some extent as the increase of feeding level, the calf diarrhea is still hard to be completely controlled due to the numerous infectious etiologies and the complex infection situation. The research progress on laboratory diagnosis methods of infectious etiology of calf diarrhea was reviewed in this paper, with the hope to provide theoretical foundation for the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of calf diarrhea.
