新型磺胺类截短侧耳素衍生物抑菌效果研究

摘要: 为研究新型磺胺类截短侧耳素衍生物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌活性,采用纸片扩散法,用截短侧耳素和磺胺嘧啶作比较,通过测定抑菌圈大小进行判断。结果表明,新型磺胺类截短侧耳素衍生物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌均有抑制作用。

Abstract: The bacteriostatic action of the newly developed derivatives of sulfonamides and pleuromutilin against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli was investigated by disc diffusion method and was compared with that of sulfadiazine and pleuromutilin. The results showed that the new derivatives of sulfonamides and pleuromutilin showed bacteriostatic action against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.
