PCR-RFLP Analysis on Adiponectin Gene of Wuding Chicken

摘要: 采用PCR-RFLP方法对武定鸡67个个体的脂联素基因(NC_006096)第2外显子上的c.C565G突变位点进行多态性分析。MvaⅠ限制性内切酶对PCR产物进行单酶切,结果显示,在该位点有AA、AB和BB 3种基因型;对该位点的群体遗传学特性分析,经χ^2适合性检验,表明在该位点群体处于平衡状态。

Abstract: The polymorphism of c.C565G mutation site in second exon of adiponectin gene (NC_006096) from 67 Wuding Chicken was assessed by PCR-RFLP. Single enzyme digestion of the PCR products was performed with restriction enzyme of Mva I. The results revealed that 3 genetypes (AA, AB and BB) were found in the locus. The population genetics characteristics were analyzed by Chi-square (X^2) fitness test and the results demonstrated that the locus of c.C565G was under equilibrium condition.
