摘要: 黄芩多糖是提取黄芩黄酮的副产物。提取工艺、炮制方法、生长环境等因素都会影响黄芩多糖的提取,对影响黄芩多糖提取效果的因素及其功能作用进行综述,为进一步开发利用黄芩多糖提供参考依据。

Abstract: The Scutellaria baicalensis polysaccharide is a by-product in extraction of Scutellaria baicalensis flavonoids. The extraction technology, processing method and growing environment are associated with the extraction efficiency of Scutellaria baicalensis polysaccharide. The influencing factors for extraction efficiency and bio-function of Scutellaria baicalensis polysaccharide are reviewed, so as to provide theoretical basis for its further development and utilization.
