摘要: [目的]实现内蒙古呼和浩特地区所产乳制品的可追溯性,提高该地区消费和出口性乳制品质量,加强对呼和浩特地区乳制品质量安全的科学化管理。[方法]采用文献研究法和系统研究法。利用B/S模式,使用SQL Server 2000数据库,运用SSH三层架构,利用JSP语言编程,构建呼和浩特地区乳制品质量安全追溯系统。并根据国内研发的乳制品质量安全追溯系统中可流通码到追溯码的加密算法,设计了一种简化的16位编码方案,使用数据缓存、条形码识别技术和回溯码等技术,解决了一品一码和安全追溯的问题。[结果]从整个食品链的安全角度出发,构建了一个乳制品生产和销售全过程的信息管理系统,并利用追溯码确保了乳制品信息的准确与共享。[结论]通过软件测试的各种方法,验证了程序的正确性,保证了系统的可实施性,能够在多种乳制品质量安全追溯中得到应用,成功实现了乳制品质量安全追溯系统的建立。

Abstract: [ Objective ] To realize the traceability of dairy products produced in Hohhot region of Inner Mongolia, to improve the quality of local consuming and exporting dairy products, and to strengthen the scientific management of the quality and safety of dairy products in this region. [ Methods ]Bibliographic study and systematic study approaches were used in this study. The quality and safety traceability system of dairy products in Hohhot region was constructed by using B/S mode, SQL Server 2000 database, SSH framework, and JSP language programming. Based on the encryption algorithm from streamed code to trace code used in the domestically developed dairy product quality and safety traceability system, a simplified 16-bit coding scheme was designed in this study. The "one product one code" and safety traceability issues were solved by using the technology of data cache, bar code recognition and backtracking code. [Results ] From the perspective of the whole food chain safety, an information management system for the whole process of dairy production and sales was constructed, and the accuracy and sharing of dairy product information was guaranteed by the use of trace code. [ Conclusion ] The correctness of the program is verified by various methods of software testing, which ensures the feasibility of implementation of the system. A quality and safety traceability system of dairy products in Hohhot region of Inner Mongolia is successfully established and it can be applied in the quality and safety traceability of various dairy products in this region.
