绒山羊冷冻精液配种技术的应用效果

Application Effects of Artificial Insemination with Frozen Semen in Cashmere Goats

摘要: [目的]旨在评价冷冻精液配种技术在绒山羊生产中的应用效果。[方法]选取罕山白绒山羊为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组。在草原放牧饲养条件下,试验组和对照组母羊分别采用冷冻精液配种技术和常温人工授精技术进行配种,测定并比较2种配种技术的受胎率和产羔率。[结果]试验组母羊第一情期的受胎率为64.99%,比对照组母羊(82.82%)低17.83%,二者差异极显著(P〈0.01);试验组母羊第一、第二情期的受胎率为83.54%,比对照组母羊(92.16%)低8.62%,二者差异极显著(P〈0.01);试验组母羊第一、第二、第三情期的受胎率为93.10%,比对照组母羊(96.20%)低3.10%,二者差异不显著(P〉0.05);试验组和对照组母羊在3个情期的产羔率分别达到105.16%和103.82%,二者差异不显著(P〉0.05)。[结论]适当延长冷冻精液配种技术的配种时间,能够获得与常温人工授精技术相当的配种效果。研究结果为冷冻精液配种技术在绒山羊养殖中的推广应用提供了基础数据。

Abstract: [Objective] To assess the application effects of artificial insemination with frozen semen in cashmere goats production. [Methods] Hanshan white cashmere goats were used as experimental animals and were allocated to trail group and control group. Under grazing condition, the cashmere goats in trail group and control group were artificially inseminated with frozen semen and fresh semen, respectively. The pregnant rate and lambing rate of trail group and control group over the experimental period were statistically evaluated. [Results] In the first estrous cycle, the pregnant rate of trail group (64.99%) was 17.83% lower than that of control group (82.82%, P〈0.01); in the first and second estrous cycles, the pregnant rate oftrail group (83.54%) was 8.62% lower than that of control group (92.16%,P〈0.01); taking the first, second and third estrous cycles into consideration, the pregnant rate of trail group (93.10%) was 3.10% lower than that of control group (96.20%, P〉0.05); no significant differences were observed in lambing rate between trail group ( 105.16%) and control group ( 103.82%, P〉0.05) in the three observed estrous cycles. [Conclusion] By appropriately extending its employment duration in estrous cycles, artificial insemination with frozen semen can achieve comparable application effects in cashmere goats to artificial insemination with fresh semen. Results of this study provide basic data for the promotion and application of artificial insemination with frozen semen in cashmere goats breeding.
